I am still playing with Bing and will go into more detail once I have had a chance to play with it properly. My initial feeling is 'not bad'.
One thing I liked immediately is that Bing does much more than search for relevant results. It lists related searches down the left hand side that appear quite relevant.
What I was less thrilled with was that the really good mash-ups coexist with confusing interfaces that sometimes makes it hard to find the best results.
In my limited searches the results from Bing are not necessarily better than to Google so it is difficult to see why someone might change.
